2. How to Enter. On each Designated Game Day, 10,000 Miami Marlins 'Billy Bingo' Cards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis to ticket holders as they enter the ballpark. Non-ticket holders can enter by 1) mailing a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Miami Marlins 'Billy Bingo' Sweepstakes, 2267 NW 199 Street, Miami, FL 33056, or 2) dropping off a written request for a Billy Bingo Card to the Marlins Front Office reception desk inside Sun Life Stadium Gate G on weekdays between 9AM and 5PM. Mailed requests for Billy Bingo Cards will be accepted up until 5 days prior to each Designated Game Day and in-person requests for Billy Bingo Cards will be accepted up until 24 hours prior to the start of each Designated Game Day. Each request will only be valid for the next Designated Game Day. Separate requests will need to be made for additional games. If a Designated Game is canceled or postponed before the gates open, the Miami Marlins will designate a make-up game and conduct the sweepstakes on that designated make-up date.

3. Winner Selection: On each of the 13 designated Game Days identified below, Billy Bingo numbers will be announced through Marlins Vision during various inning breaks. The announced Billy Bingo numbers will correspond to spaces on the Billy Bingo cards. The spaces on the Billy Bingo cards will be perforated, allowing individuals to press in matching numbers and follow along during the game. Eventually, enough Billy Bingo numbers will be announced during the game so that a minimum of 2,500 of the 10,000 Billy Bingo Cards will have the required five (5) matching numbers either up/down, across, or diagonally on the card, signifying the card as a 'winner.' Then, as indicated on the Billy Bingo cards, fans can redeem their winning Billy Bingo Card at Marlins Fan Headquarters (located outside of Section 146) for that Game Day’s designated prize (also indicated on the Billy Bingo card). Limit one prize per person per Designated Game Day. Winning Cards must be verified by a Miami Marlins representative(s) before a prize will be awarded. Participants agree that the Miami Marlins have the sole right to decide all matters and disputes arising from the Sweepstakes, and that its determinations are final and binding. For fans who obtain a Billy Bingo Card through either the mail-in or in-person methods, and for fans who receive a Billy Bingo Card at a game but who may miss the winning numbers for any reason, the winning Billy Bingo numbers will be posted on-line at Marlins.com within 72 hours following each Game Day and will remain on-line for a minimum of seven (7) days after being posted. Such winning fans, as well as fans who do not redeem their winning Billy Bingo cards at the designated game, will have up to thirty (30) days following the posting of the winning Billy Bingo numbers on-line for that designated Game Day to redeem their winning Billy Bingo Card at the Marlins Front Office in person or by mail with all necessary contact information.

4. Prizes: Each winning Billy Bingo Card will be redeemable for the prize that is indicated on the Billy Bingo Card for that Designated Game Day (prizes and game dates listed in the table below). There will be a minimum of 2,500 winners amongst the distributed 10,000 Billy Bingo Cards for each Designated Game Day, unless otherwise noted.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and not redeemable for cash, credit or merchandise. No prize substitutions except by the Miami Marlins LP due to prize unavailability, and then only for a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes may be claimed at Marlins Fan Headquarters located outside of Section 146 at Sun Life Stadium on the Designated Game Day. For winners who cannot or who fail to redeem their winning Scratch Off Card on the Designated Game Day, prizes must be claimed in person at the Miami Marlins Front Office inside Gate G of Sun Life Stadium during normal business hours or by mail with all necessary contact information. Sun Life Stadium is located at 2267 NW 199 Street, Miami, FL 33056. All winner prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days of the Designated Game Prizes or will be forfeited. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing and any other condition of this Sweepstakes may result in disqualification and forfeiture of prize.

6. Eligibility: Sweepstakes only open to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, except where prohibited. Minors who enter by mail must accompany their entry with the expressed permission of a parent or guardian. Sweepstakes is not open to employees of the Miami Marlins LP, Sun Life Stadium, Dolphin Enterprises, Beasley Broadcast Group, Inc., or their immediate family members, or to employees or immediate family members of any Miami Marlins affiliated entity, licensee, advertising or promotional agency or sponsor. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

7. Miscellaneous. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the determinations of the Miami Marlins LP, which shall be final. Unless prohibited by law, entrants agree to allow use of their name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification.

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Miami Marlins LP and its officers, directors, employees, licensees, representatives and agents from any and all liability, loss, injury or death to entrant or any other person, including, without limitation, damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this Sweepstakes.

The Miami Marlins LP are not responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected or mutilated Cards; errors in these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials. The Miami Marlins LP reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and/or void Cards held by an entrant who the Miami Marlins LP believe has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Sweepstakes.
